All was going well - Chris managed to run the goose over at Machrins corner, he paused only to sweep aside some of the broken windscreen from the dashboard - then dived out to pounce on his prey only to find it had flown off. So its back to the drawing board - but watch out geese - we're coming after you.

We may not be Amazon but we have been very active online in the run up to Christmas with the mainland hub buzzing to the sound of sticky tape (making up boxes).
Now it has come to an end. Our courier company SPDS, and their top man Romano, say enough is enough - if you have not got your Colonsay Beers yet you'll just have to go to Peckhams, or Locketts, or Peter Green or Cornelius and get them there. Peckhams had our beer on sale within 24 hours of it being delivered to the hub.

Peter Green - the old established wine shop in Bruntsfield, Edinburgh is the latest outlet to offer its customers the delights of Colonsay Brewery Ales and lager.
The delivery is on the way there just now.
The East of Scotland is famous for its discerning independent wine dealers. We need to find some in Glasgow to balance things up a bit.

So off we set for Peckhams with the entire order fitted into a Land Rover. Just how many? I am afraid with millions of readers of this public forum across the globe, some no doubt in law enforecement, the full load may not be disclosed - suffice to say slow progress towards the Peckhams Depot was the order of the day. Sharp braking would have led to one hell of a party in Glasgow's Govan district.
Safely delivered, signed for and off to make some new customers.
Just note the jaunty angle of the vehicle.

Tomorrow we have logistics going on to rival Tesco ( still waiting for that opder Dan).
Shriley's leaving the Island with a car full of beer and boxes for courier deliveries from the hub - and Chris is going over to the island with distribution boxes, bottle labels and crates. They'll wave to each other at the pier.
